New Account Instructions: Prior to registering - Send a copy of your Resale Permit or Business License to NewAccounts@WorldBuyers.com. You can instead send your store URL if you have an online store. If you are a California business we must require a copy of your resale permit. If you need assistance, please call 800.996.7531 Ext 105 or 106.

On the registration form, if your billing and store address are different, please enter the billing address in the 1st box and the store address in the 2nd box. You can add the shipping address on your first order. Then enter your Billing zip code. We will process your registration after verification of your retail store. Usually with 48 hours, you will receive an email with your New Login information. Check your Spam folder also.

Shipping: Orders ship in the order they are received. All holiday seasons are extremely busy, so if you need your order right away, please select the Rush Option in the Checkout process. The website Does Not Calculate Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are billed on a separate transaction the day your order ships. If you have questions regarding shipping please call customer service at 800.996.7531 Ext 104. Tracking numbers are emailed to address on the order.

  • Remember that clearance items ship at their regular rate. There is no clearance rate on shipping.
  • We will do our best to get your order shipped out within 7 business days. Because of Covid19, staffing changes may affect normal shipping times.
  • Use the Rush Option in the Checkout if you need your order shipped immediately.
