Ordering Online:   Placing orders on the website is preferred.  Web orders are processed more quickly than phone or fax orders.  Questions regarding website processing, policies or general website issues can be directed to the Web Administrator at Ext 105.

Phone Orders:  Please have your ORDER READY with your account number BEFORE calling in to customer service.

Fax Orders:  To 760.734.4448, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  IMPORTANT:  Include your company name and account number on your order with specific instructions for shipping, credit card instructions, etc. 

Claims Processing:  All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of order.  Submit Claim Form which you can download, save and print from the link below.  Please list if wrong item, wrong quantity and be specific about the description of the damage if any.  Claims take 7-14 business days to process. 

Email your claim form to orders@worldbuyers.com.  You will be contacted at the time your claim is processed with instructions and/or questions.
