When using a debit card (or credit card) you Must ensure the billing address on your order exactly matches the billing address to the card. DEBIT CARD funds are held by your bank at the time of order placement. Our processor, Authorize.Net , will Decline a Card due to address or zip code mis-match (and we will not receive your order), BUT, Your bank will approve the transactions and hold your debit funds. If a duplicate debit appears, it is up to your issuing bank to remove or expire the transaction. We cannot remove a bank transaction. The address or zip code mis-match also applies to credit cards.
