Shipping Information
  Your orders will always ship best way either by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Website orders receive priority processing and usually ship out the next day. If you want to expedite your order to arrive by a certain date, you must call call 800.996.7531 Ext 106.
Claims
  Claims must be filed within 10 days after receipt of shipment. For quickest processing Send details via email to [email protected]. Or, you can fax the form to 760.734.4448. Please describe any damages in detail and send photos (a cell photo is fine). We will email a reply and please allow 7-10 days for processing. Credits of $30 or less will remain on your account and applied to next purchase. Credit over $30 will be refunded by original payment method only. We do not accept claims on international orders once shipment has left USA.Thank you.
