New Customer Registration on Website: Click on Register, complete form and submit. Then Email your resale permit to email@example.com or fax to (760) 734 4448 Attention Registrations.
Claims Processing: All claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of order. Download the claim form below. Please list if wrong item, wrong quantity and be specific about the description of the damage if any. Photos required for damaged products. Single or group cell photo is fine. Product returned at your discretion and not in original condition and/or priced will not receive credit. Claims take 7-10 business days to process.
