Ordering Online:   Placing orders on the website is preferred.  Web orders are shipped before all other orders. Questions regarding website processing, policies or general website issues can be directed to Marie, the Web Administrator at 800.996.7531, Ext 105.

Phone Orders:  Please have your order ready with your item numbers.
Fax Orders:  To 760.734.4448, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  IMPORTANT:  Include your company name and account number on your order with specific instructions for shipping, credit card instructions, etc. 

Claims Processing:  All claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of order.  Download the claim form below. Please list if wrong item, wrong quantity and be specific about the description of the damage if any.  Photos required for damaged products.  Product returned at your discretion and not in resaleable condition and/or priced will not receive credit.  Claims take 7-10 business days to process.
