Your orders will ship from Southern California. Please take item weight, size and shipping distance into account when considering your freight costs.
Clearance items ship at same rate as regular items.
Placing orders on our secure website is preferred. Since online ordering streamlines order processing, Web orders are shipped before all other orders. Questions regarding website processing, policies or general website issues can be directed to Marie, the Web Administrator at 800.996.7531, Ext 105.
USA and territories - Opening orders $250 - Re-orders $150 payable by credit card.
Note: The cart does not discern between opening and re-order, if this is your first order, it Must be $250 minimum or you will get a phone call from customer service.
Canada Opening & Re-order $500 - International - Opening & Re-orders $1000 payable by bank wire with your freight forwarder.
Payment Methods & Discounts
- Orders are payable by credit card, check or bank wire.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express
- Any Discounts due will be applied when your order is invoiced. Discounts do not apply to freight charges.
- *Credit Card Discounts:
- $350 - $699 receive a 3% discount
- $700 and above receive a 5% discount

Past Due Invoices - 1.5% per month added.
Claims
- Freight charges are added to your order and billed using the credit card for original transaction. We will not call you for authorization of freight charges.
- By placing your order online, fax or phone, you are authorizing the use of your credit card for any separate freight charges.
- The UPS freight charges will be billed at the time your order is ready to ship.
- You may receive a 2nd credit card charge for freight charges only.
- We DO NOT drop ship orders.

- All continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground or Fed Ex unless stated otherwise. If you have other shipping instructions, you are responsible for noting them on every order you submit.
- Orders will generally ship within 4-10 business days. During Trade Shows this time-frame in longer.
- Rush Delivery: There is an $20.00 Rush Service Fee to have your order packed and shipped the following business day. This is NOT overnight shipping.
Backorders
- We reserve the right to ship backorders unless specifically instructed in writing to cancel backorders. Back-orders of less than $50 will automatically be cancelled unless requested otherwise.
