USA and territories - Opening & Re-orders - $150 payable by credit card.
International Canada and Overseas - Opening & Re-orders $500 payable by credit card.

Payment Methods & Discounts

• Orders are payable by credit card only.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express
• Any Discounts due will be applied when your order is invoiced.  Discounts do not apply to freight charges.
• *Credit Card Discounts:
  • $350 - $699 receive a 3% discount
  • $700 and above receive a 5% discount 

Claims

• If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact Customer Service Toll Free at (800) 996-7531, Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST or you can send an email to orders@worldbuyers.com
• All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt and received at our warehouse within 30 days of original shipment date. For quickest processing please email your claim using the downloadable form on the website.  Attach to an email and send  to orders@worldbuyers.com.  Or, you can fax the form to 760.734.4448.  Please describe any damages in detail.  You will be contacted at the time your claim is processed.  Please allow 14 days for processing.

• Freight Charges & Rush Orders

• Freight charges are added to your order and billed using the credit card for original transaction. We will not call you for authorization of freight charges.
• By placing your order online, fax or phone, you are authorizing the use of your credit card for any separate freight charges. 
• The UPS freight charges will be billed at the time your order is ready to ship.
• You may receive a 2nd credit card charge for freight charges only.
• We DO NOT drop ship orders. 
• • All continental U.S. orders are shipped UPS Ground unless stated otherwise. If you have other shipping instructions, you are responsible for noting them on EACH order.
  • Orders will generally ship within 4-10 business days. During Trade Shows this time frame in longer.   
  • Requests for Rush Delivery:  There is an  $18.00 service fee to have your order shipped the following business day. 

  Backorders

  • We reserve the right to ship backorders unless specifically instructed in writing to cancel backorders.  Back-orders of less than $50 will automatically be cancelled unless requested otherwise.
